The effect of a “PoP” with a shower of confetti and smaller balloons is always exciting and memorable. And, invariably, it catches your guests off guard with its sound, color and motion! Giant balloons are filled with your selections (balloons, lottery tickets, etc.) and floated or suspended overhead seemingly innocent enough. They serve as decorations and then, at the chosen moment or moments, they are ‘exploded’ to the surprise and wonder of all. We provide a whole range of “PoPs” to suit the occasion and effect.
